THE JOB:

Join our premier culinary team as a Wok Cook and master the heat behind the scenes! In this role, you will prepare signature wok dishes with speed, precision, and artistry, ensuring every plate adheres to exact recipe standards and flawless presentation. You’ll manage high-volume production, track food safety and temperature logs, maintain a clean and fully stocked station, and collaborate closely with our Chef on prep and inventory planning. THE STARTING RATE: $19.34 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Follow recipe and/or product directions for preparing and wok-cooking all specified menu items, work with a sense of urgency to meet time goals while adhering to recipe standards, and display an attention to detail and food presentation
• Taste the product, follow the menu, estimate food requirements, check production and keep records in order to accurately plan production requirements and requisition supplies and equipment
• Follow food safety regulations and standards to include temperature/time tracking for food and equipment
• Clean and sanitize work station and equipment
• Identify and inform the Chef regarding any problems on station
• Maintain proper stocking of assigned station
• Assist Chef in menu preparation, service and breakdown of function
• Capable of working in public on live stations and maintain superior appearance standards
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Three years of high volume wok cooking experience preferred
• Ability to work a varied shift to including weekends, holidays, and evenings
