Your New Role

チームリーダーとして、入庫・出庫業務およびAmazon関連の倉庫オペレーションを担当いただきます。

チームをリードしながら、業務効率の向上、適切な人員配置、ワークフローの最適化、安全な作業環境の維持を推進し、安定した物流オペレーションの実現に貢献いただくポジションです。

 

Your Role accountability

• 倉庫オペレーション全体の管理および最適化

• 生産性向上に向けた作業計画および人員配置の管理

• Retail Operations、Procurement、Health & Safetyなどの社内部門および外部パートナーとの連携

• 安全基準に沿った業務遂行を推進し、事故ゼロを目指した職場環境の維持

• 実施した施策の効果測定および継続的な改善活動の推進

• 倉庫・物流・サプライチェーン分野における最新の技術やベストプラクティスの調査・活用

Qualifications & Experience
Must

• 複数の小売店舗への配送・物流オペレーション管理経験

• 社内外の関係者と連携しながら、業務優先順位・プロジェクト・スケジュールを管理し、成果を達成した経験

• 主体的かつ柔軟に業務へ取り組める姿勢と、英語圏の同僚とのメールやチャットによるコミュニケーションが可能な英語力

Nice To Have

• 小売業界、または観光・レジャー・文化施設関連業界での経験

• SAPまたはWarehouse Management System（WMS）の利用経験

• 事業目標に沿った中長期的な物流戦略の策定経験

• 英語による会話力
