Your role and responsibilities
This role is contributing to the EL smart power business in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Drive annual HSE planning, risk assessment, and safety training initiatives. Maintain health and safety standards to ensure safe operations within warehouse facilities. Establish, optimize, and maintain warehouse workflows and standard operating procedures. Ensure warehouse operations comply with quality, environmental, and other management system requirements.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee and ensure seamless execution of warehouse activities including material receiving, storage, kitting, and shipment operations. Manage operational anomalies such as discrepancies, damages, and system variances, drive root cause analysis and implement closed-loop corrective actions. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular and cycle counting processes
- Third-Party Service Provider Management: Manage safety compliance and daily operations of outsourced service providers.
- Equipment & Facilities: Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance of facilities and assets. Identify and recommend necessary improvements to technical equipment and infrastructure.
- Warehouse Improvement: Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, operational processes and systems. Propose and implement measures to improve service quality. Maintain 5S standards, enhance efficiency and equipment performance for the department and operators, drive warehouse automation and intelligent operation initiatives.
- People Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork among staff. Drive performance management cycles, build team capabilities through cross-training and talent development, and ensure KPI targets are met.
- Other Improvement Projects & Ad-hoc Tasks: Support additional optimization projects and carry out other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor and above degree, professional knowledge in logistics and warehouse management
- At least 3 years logistics management experience in foreign owned company, better if ever used lean sigma or other equivalent theory to lead optimization project and presented measurable results.
- Good data analysis ability, high sensitivity to find the issue and analyze the root cause, identify potential risk and find solution.
- Strong leadership in team performance management and people development
- Good English listening, speaking, reading & writing ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and warehouse management systems (WMS/iHouse). WMS implementation or optimization experience preferred.
