ADVENT HEALTH TRAINING CENTER

Legends is the official hospitality partner of the AdventHealth Training Center, the state-of-the-art training facility of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Our partnership includes the development and management of all food and beverage operations that support the team, players, coaches, and staff on a daily basis. This includes athlete fueling, performance nutrition, team dining, and any food and beverage activations that support the Buccaneers’ high-performance environment.

Join us in elevating the experience for the players and staff through exceptional culinary standards, consistency, and pride as we help make the AdventHealth Training Center one of the premier training facilities in the NFL.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follows the Executive Chef’s or Front of the House Manager’s assignments for receiving and delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the Training Facility in a timely manner. Delivers stock to the kitchens, coolers, freezers, and storage areas. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments and helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.

• Report directly to the Executive Chef and/or Premium Manager
• Assist in receiving all F&B deliveries, checking proper temperature and product condition upon arrival
• Store products correctly using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards
• Deliver stock to kitchens, coolers, freezers, and storage areas as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, coolers, freezers, and loading dock
• Assist with general housekeeping and cleaning throughout the culinary areas
• Inspect storage areas and coolers for deficiencies and take appropriate corrective action
• Assist with moving equipment as required
• Operate an electric jack
• May need to operate a forklift (if certified)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school degree.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with others.
• Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds in weight (boxes).
• Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
