Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage multiple security installation projects within our client's Supply Chain facilities.
Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within established milestones.
Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule risks, delays, and project obstacles.
Serve as the primary communication point between Client, contractors, field teams, and other project stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.Track project deliverables, milestones, action items, and completion dates.
Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Review project schedules and validate contractor performance against established timelines.
Escalate issues and provide resolution recommendations to client leadership as needed.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and project records.
Support project closeout activities and ensure all documentation and deliverables are completed accurately.
Promote a high level of professionalism, quality, and customer service throughout project execution.
Adhere to all company, customer, and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Project Management experience in Security, Construction, Technology, Low Voltage, Access Control, CCTV, or related industries.
Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects preferred.
Understanding of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or related technologies preferred.
Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones, and contractor performance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience presenting project updates to executive-level stakeholders.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PMP certification is a plus but not required.
College degree preferred but not required based on applicable experience.
