Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting surveillance reviews and testing of business controls across conduct, financial crime, and operational risk.
• Identifying emerging risk trends and control weaknesses through analytics and thematic reviews.
• Tracking and following up on risk issues and remediation actions.
• Supporting investigations, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Escalating material findings and ensuring timely reporting to management.
• Driving continuous improvement in risk oversight and surveillance effectiveness

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning, predictive analytics and data engineering.
• Proven ability to analyse large and complex datasets and develop automated solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating and leading cross-functional projects despite being relatively early in his career.
• Strong learning agility and ability to quickly acquire new domain knowledge
