We are a human-centric, culture-obsessed discipline that dives deep into audience insights, media trends, cultural shifts, and platforms. Our team is collectively redefining and modernizing how clients harness consumer intelligence, develop brand strategy, and plan for attention. We feed social with entertaining, hyper-relevant content that earns views. 

We are partnering with one of the most influential tech companies in the world to drive social content that commands attention. We aren't looking for a "social media manager" to schedule posts or a "brand strategist" for static decks. We need a Relevance Strategy Director specializing in the B2B Tech and AI sectors: a rare hybrid who is as comfortable unpacking an enterprise AI feature list or navigating the nuances of AI implementation convos on LinkedIn and Reddit as they are dissecting why a specific Reels hook went viral.

You will be the bridge between complex enterprise tech and internet-first creative. Your goal is to take one of the world’s most sophisticated tech stacks and make it the most culturally resonant brand in the digital landscape. You will be responsible for unlocking creative, cultural, and platform strategies that unlock social storytelling and entertainment. 

What You’d Do:

• Own the day-to-day strategic direction, bringing cultural intelligence into every brief, recommendation, and creative conversation by communicating complex technical topics in accessible and culturally relevant ways to a variety of audiences across platforms that prioritize organic reach. 
• Develop insights to concept and drive recurring social formats (mini-series, live streams, or platform-specific "shows") that build loyal audiences, translating complex technical briefs into creator-led social content across multiple productions. 
• Partner with creative and production teams daily to maximize organic views.  
• Scan the social landscape (AI, Corporate Culture) daily to identify real-time cultural signals and formats, to enable timely brand responses.
• Identify and educate the team on emerging voices in the Tech and AI space. 
• Maintain deep knowledge of AI and Tech creators - from Substack legends to YouTube demo teachers - to co-create content with built-in credibility.

Manage junior team members in synthesizing platform intelligence, pushing toward human, culturally grounded insight over raw performance data and metrics recaps.

• Partner closely with social creators to ensure technical products and messages are paired with actionable cultural insights to fuel high-performing content.
• Deliver reports on social conversations and community sentiment, serving as a flexible strategic resource deployable across multiple initiatives.

• You believe "B2B" shouldn’t stand for "Boring-to-Boring."
• You speak the language of tech but have an instinctive understanding of viral creative and platform mechanics.
• You spend your weekends lurking in niche subreddits or watching video essays on tech history.
• You have a "hacker mindset": you like to experiment, break things, and find the shortcut to attention. 
• You are chronically online, deep in the web, and know your way around a suite of tech products.
• You know and understand social media, creative thinking, and the creator economy.
• You can confidently defend a high-concept creative idea to a room full of C-suite engineers.

What you have:

• Experience in brand strategy, social strategy, cultural strategy, or a related advertising or publishing environment. 
• Strong leadership experience, recognized for the ability to balance mentorship and team empowerment while ensuring quality strategic output. 
• A genuine finger on the pulse of AI and an understanding of the ever-changing, always-on conversations. You don’t just find the news; you understand the underlying features and how to speak authentically to end users who have limited AI fluency.
• A deep network in the culture of Tech and AI: connected to the right communities, subreddits, and events. 
• Proven experience in social strategy, content curation, or community management for nuanced audience segments and technical cohorts. 
• The ability to spot early cultural signals and translate them into strategic value for clients.
• Exceptional writing skills for crafting internal reports, cultural stewardship, and POV documents.
• A strong curiosity, "go-getter energy," and a bias for action to ensure insights drive tangible, executable creativity.

This position is currently designated as hybrid and is subject to the Company's workplace attendance and in-office work requirements, as in effect from time to time. The Company reserves the right to modify these requirements at any time.
