Visual Product Designer
We're looking for a Visual Product Designer with exceptional visual craft and a strong concepting mindset to help shape the direction of innovative digital products and experiences.
In this role, you'll go beyond execution by exploring ideas, developing visual concepts, and contributing to the visual direction of products from their earliest stages. You'll work closely with Design Leads, UX Designers, Motion Designers, Engineers, and cross-functional partners to translate product opportunities into compelling user experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual craft with curiosity, strategic thinking, and a passion for emerging technologies. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, exploring multiple directions, and using AI-powered tools as part of the creative process.
In this role you will:
- Contribute to the visual direction and creative development of digital products, experiences, and prototypes.
- Explore multiple concepts and design approaches before converging on a final solution.
- Translate product opportunities, high-level ideas, and briefs into tangible design concepts.
- Create compelling UI explorations, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes that communicate a vision effectively.
- Collaborate closely with UX, Motion, Engineering, and Design Leadership throughout the concepting process.
- Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and creative explorations.
- Balance creativity with usability, feasibility, and product requirements.
- Present design rationale and explain the thinking behind proposed directions.
- Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, and new interaction patterns.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, and visual exploration.
Skills
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma and modern product design workflows.
- Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, hierarchy, composition, color, layout, and interaction design.
- Ability to create compelling visual concepts and translate abstract product opportunities into tangible experiences.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills through mockups, prototypes, and design explorations.
- Working knowledge of UX principles and interaction design.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design workflows.
- Understanding of design systems and the ability to work within established frameworks while exploring new directions.
- Strong understanding of Material Design principles and digital product design best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore multiple possibilities before settling on a solution.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute structure to early-stage projects.

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, Visual Product Design, Visual Design, or Art Direction for digital products.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, concept development, and product thinking.
- Experience contributing to early-stage explorations, creative direction, prototypes, or innovation-focused projects.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
