Purpose of Position

• We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Assistant to join us on the expansion of Casetify Studio globally. As part of the retail design team, you will be responsible for creating and communicating the execution of visual merchandising strategy at offline stores with consideration of increasing revenue and global alignment.

Job Description

• Support the development and distribution of global VM guidelines, handbooks, and campaign materials.
• Assist in creating window displays, in-store visual concepts, and product-display standards.
• Coordinate with regional VM teams to communicate VM requirements and follow up on implementation progress.
• Review store photo reports and provide feedback to ensure store displays meet global VM standards.
• Support the preparation of VM training materials, presentations, and workshops for regional teams.
• Work with Retail Operations, Store Development, Marketing, Production, Demand Planning, and other teams to support VM projects and retail campaigns.
• Assist in planning VM props, fixtures, and display materials for new store openings, renovations, campaigns, and store-expansion projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on quotations, samples, production, delivery schedules, and logistics.
• Maintain project trackers, budgets, inventory records, timelines, and related VM documentation.
• Identify execution issues or delays and escalate them to the Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager for follow-up.

Requirement

• Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Around 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, store operations, retail marketing, or a related field.
• Good understanding of retail visual merchandising, store display, and customer experience.
• Strong organisation, coordination, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and able to work with teams across different markets.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
