Lead IT security for a growing North American company. As Uline's Vice President of Information Security, you will oversee our Information Security program and operations, guide critical solution investments and strengthen the strategies that protect our technology, systems and data. Partner with the CIO and IT leadership to advance security capabilities, manage risk and support the continued growth of our business.

Lead a talented team, advance security capabilities and help shape the future of IT security at a large, privately held company.

Position Responsibilities

• Direct Uline's IT security program, aligning security priorities and execution with business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Lead and develop Uline’s Information Security team, establishing clear roles, career paths and succession plans.
• Establish and execute security policies, standards and controls that protect company systems, data and operations while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Oversee security investments, staffing strategies and third-party partnerships to strengthen the overall security program.
• Evaluate security risks, incidents and program effectiveness, providing recommendations and updates to executive leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success building and leading enterprise security programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CISSP, CISM or CRISC certifications preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
