Our executive search firm is supporting a travel and tourism organization in appointing a Vice President of Corporate Development. This executive will identify strategic opportunities, assess partnerships and acquisitions, and support expansion into new markets and service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities.
- Lead market analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction evaluation.
- Build financial models and business cases for executive and board review.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and external advisers throughout transactions.
- Support post-transaction integration and monitor the performance of completed investments.
- Cultivate relationships with tourism operators, investors, and commercial partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
Substantial experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance.
Strong transaction modeling, valuation, negotiation, and due-diligence capabilities.
Experience within travel, tourism, transportation, or consumer services preferred.
Ability to manage confidential and commercially sensitive initiatives.
Benefits
Base salary: $185,000–$225,000 annually
