Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin (PESCM) is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Dental Specialist to lead and grow our dental service within one of Northern California's highly respected, growing 24-hour specialty and emergency hospital.
About Us:
The Pet Emergency and Specialty Center of Marin (PESCM) is part of the Veritas Veterinary Partners network of emergency and specialty hospitals. PESCM is the only emergency and specialty hospital in Marin County (north of San Francisco) and has proudly served the community since 1998. It has grown to become one of the largest emergency and specialty hospitals in the Bay Area, offering comprehensive specialty services and 24/7 emergency services.
The Opportunity
As our Veterinary Dental Specialist, you'll have the autonomy and support to build a legacy, grow a premier dental service, and make a lasting impact on patients and clients, while benefiting from an established referral network, strong hospital reputation, and a culture that values innovation, teamwork, and mentorship.
You will collaborate regularly with specialists in:

Competitive Compensation
- Base salary: $275,000–$300,000, depending on experience
- Additional production-based compensation
- Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus available
