Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized professional to serve as a direct partner to the business owner. This role combines executive support, operations coordination, and some recruitment tasks. The ideal candidate is independent, resourceful, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM - to 50:00 PM

Monthly Compensation: 1,060 to 1,150 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling.

• Maintain databases, documents, and company records.

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive communications.

• Assist with administrative, operational, and special projects as needed.

• Screen resumes and support the hiring process.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Source candidates through job boards and professional networks.

Requirements:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR related fields
• Mac computer required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong technology and systems aptitude.
• Experience with databases or workflow automation is a plus.
• Ability to review business documents and contracts with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
