About the role

You will cover our UX and Web Lead while she is on maternity leave. This is a hands-on managerial role running the team that owns the PRISM+ website, campaign execution, and app design. The team is established and the processes work. Your job is to keep quality and pace up across a busy retail calendar (store launches, IT Show 2027, etc.), make good calls quickly, and hand the team back in strong shape.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership - Run day-to-day priorities for a team spanning UX designers and frontend web developers, including offshore contractors. Manage bandwidth, unblock work, and QC output before it ships.
• Website and e-commerce UX - Own the PRISM+ web experience end to end. Product pages, collection pages, homepage, cart and checkout UX, campaign and sale pages. Brief, review, and ship improvements with the dev team.
• CRO and A/B testing - Keep the experimentation roadmap running. Prioritise hypotheses, get tests designed, developed, and live, then read results and report monthly. The team currently ships several tests a month.
• Campaign execution - Deliver web changes, mechanics (promo codes, GWP, bundles), and assets for the promo calendar. Coordinate with e-commerce, brand, retail, and CRM so campaign pages are vetted and live ahead of launch.
• Product launches - Get new SKUs launch-ready. PDP builds, master slices, thumbnails, renders, marketplace listings, and launch assets, on time.
• Cross-functional coordination - Work daily with e-commerce, brand, retail, ops, and CS. Manage briefs in and delivery out. Flag gaps early rather than absorbing them.
• Secondary surfaces - Oversee BAU on the mobile app UX, marketplace storefronts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), and occasional print or retail collateral (brochures, flyers, OOH). The team executes; you direct and QC.

Requirements

• 6+ years in UX or digital design with at least 2 years leading a team, ideally in e-commerce or D2C retail
• Strong Figma skills and the ability to jump into design work yourself when needed
• Proven CRO or A/B testing experience, writing hypotheses, working with developers to ship tests, reading results honestly
• Comfortable managing developers and technical work (Shopify experience a strong plus)
• Calm under a packed promo calendar with hard launch dates
• Decisive. You'll have context handed to you, but you'll need to make calls without waiting
• Experience with mobile app UX, Omniconvert or similar testing tools is a plus
• Exposure to AI tools in design or CRO workflows
