Sobre este puesto de US HYMPAVZI HCP Personal Promotion & Access Marketing Director en Pfizer
ROLE SUMMARY
The US Hemophilia franchise is one of the most rapidly growing businesses across Pfizer Biopharma. The franchise is building on the strong legacy of Pfizer in the Hemophilia space and the indication expansion launch of HYMPAVZI, an innovative anti-TFPI treatment, now approved for patients 6+ with Hemophilia A or B with or without inhibitors. HYMPAVZI is a Pfizer priority brand with high visibility, still in its critical growth days of launch. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the acceleration of a breakthrough product on a highly talented, innovative, and patient-focused team.
The US HYMPAVZI HCP Personal Promotion & Access Marketing Director is a strategic leadership role whose focus is on setting and driving the HCP personal promotion and field strategy, including HCP education and adoption and HCP-facing access strategy, for HYMPAVZI. Reporting to the US HYMPAVZI Brand Team Lead, the Director owns the field force (Hemophilia Account Specialist team) promotional strategy end-to-end: the personal promotion model and core selling story, HCP targeting, core promotional and visual-aid asset development, field engagement and omnichannel orchestration of the personal/field channel, Plan of Action (POA) leadership, and field training and message pull-through. The Director also leads the brand’s HCP-facing access marketing strategy agenda and Account & Reimbursement field team support – equipping the field and provider offices with appropriate access and patient-support education and materials to navigate access for appropriate patients. Partnering across Sales and Access & Reimbursement field leadership, Insights & Analytics, Training, Medical, and RC, the Director translates brand strategy and field and customer insights into an integrated personal-promotion plan that accelerates product education, awareness, and appropriate use during a pivotal period of launch acceleration across all indications. This is a highly visible opportunity to own the personal promotion engine for a breakthrough, priority launch.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished commercial leader with deep experience in HCP personal promotion and field force marketing – complemented by experience with HCP-facing access and patient-support solutions. He/she has a proven record of setting strategy and leading through influence across sales, access, and agency partners and delivering results in a fast-paced launch environment, and brings strong executive presence and the ability to align and influence senior leadership. Experience in specialty care, rare disease, hematology, and/or working closely with a specialty field force or account-specialist team is required.
- Personal promotion strategy & field selling model – Own the end-to-end HCP personal promotion strategy for HYMPAVZI; define the personal promotion model, the core selling story, and sequence of messages that anchor every field interaction, ensuring tight alignment to brand strategy, approved label, and the patient journey.
- HCP targeting & customer prioritization – Lead HCP targeting and set the customer prioritization framework; partner with Insights & Analytics and Sales / field operations to define the target universe, Dynamic Targeting tiering, reach and frequency, and establish metrics that measure promotional effectiveness.

- Field engagement & omnichannel orchestration – Define how the field engages HCPs across channels and hemophilia stakeholders – integrating personal promotion with the broader customer engagement / omnichannel plan to deliver a seamless, orchestrated HCP experience that reinforces the personal promotion message.
- Brand POA Captain & national / regional meeting leadership – Serve as the brand Plan of Action (POA) Captain, setting POA strategy, content, and workshops and leading message pull-through across national and regional sales meetings; equip the field with the messaging, resources, and skills to execute with excellence.
- Field training, coaching & message pull-through – Partner with Training and Sales leadership to build onboarding, disease-state and producttraining, message certification, and selling capabilities training aligned to brand strategy; drive message adoption and pull-through in the field and continuously monitor and reinforce execution quality.
- HCP-facing access & reimbursement field support – Lead the HCP-facing access agenda and equip the Access & Reimbursement (Access Care Manager) field team with the tools, training, and materials needed to navigate access for appropriate patients – including coding and billing education, and enrollment education for patient-support programs, and appropriate issues resolution.
- HCP-facing access education content & claims ownership – Own and steward the provider-facing access and patient-support messaging and claims – how HCPs and their office staff access, onboard, and support patients on HYMPAVZI, developing and maintaining these materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review.
- HCP-facing access marketing agency management – Serve as the lead client partner for the access marketing agency relationship supporting HCP-facing deliverables, setting scope, priorities, creative direction, ensuring high-quality output and managing projects within allocated budget.
- Represent the HCP personal promotion and HCP-facing access strategy within brand planning; contribute to and help shape the annual strategic and tactical operating plans. Ensure efficient allocation and strong return on investment across programs and agency partners.
