Milford Regional Physician Group, a division of UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks Urologist to join our growing team. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.

• Established and growing community-based practice with strong referral volume
• General urology focus with exposure to men’s health, stone disease, women’s urologic care, and limited oncology
• Collaborative team, supportive colleagues: 2 urologists and 2 PAs (no resident supervision)
• High surgical volume: 900+ OR procedures in 2025 at Milford Regional
• State-of-the-art ORs with three robotic systems
• Dedicated surgical PA support and 24/7 hospital coverage

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Comfortable with broad general urology scope
• MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license
• Flexible and team-oriented approach to clinical and OR coverage
