Job Description

The UOB Future Bankers Programme is a two-year programme designed to give you a strong foundation to start your career in banking. You will gain practical experience, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to grow within the bank.

At the end of the programme, you can explore different career pathways across UOB based on your strengths and interests. If you find that you excel as a Personal Wealth Executive, you also have the option to continue and deepen your experience in that role.
