6 South is a 22-bed acuity adaptable unit at Butterworth Hospital that is capable of managing both non ICU and ICU status patients admitted with advanced cardiopulmonary care needs.  6 South specializes in patients with advanced heart failure, pre or post heart or lung transplant, etc.

Scope of work

Performs receptionist/secretarial duties and maintains confidential records, supplies and equipment per hospital and unit specific standards.

Qualifications 

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
