- Excellent analytical skills with relentless attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with a customer-first mindset for resolving inquiries and building broker rapport.
- A proven ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
- A genuine passion or curiosity for cybersecurity, technology, and cyber risk. (This role is tailored for ambitious recent graduates and early-career professionals).
- Prior customer service, support, or administrative experience in a fast-growing environment.
- Familiarity with modern productivity tools (G-Suite, Salesforce) or basic insurance operations concepts.
