Position Summary
We are looking for a TV Product Responsible to drive the growth, market share and profitability of our TV product portfolio. This role will be responsible for defining product positioning and pricing strategies, managing the product lifecycle and leading new product launches. The position will also focus on market and competitor analysis, consumer insights and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and regional teams to identify business opportunities, optimize portfolio performance and ensure successful go-to-market execution.Role and Responsibilities
Key Job Responsabilities
- Portfolio Management & Pricing: Manage the TV product portfolio, including product positioning, pricing strategy, profitability (P&L) and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Product Launches & Go-to-Market: Lead new product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies, working closely with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, consumer behavior and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable business insights.
- Business Performance & Profitability: Track key business indicators, analyze ROI, cost structures and profit simulations, and collaborate with regional and HQ teams on pricing and profitability initiatives.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to develop commercial initiatives, product communication strategies, training materials and tools to drive sell-out performance and market share growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, regional offices and external partners to support product strategy, business planning and execution of key initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
[Academic Background]: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
[Professional Experience]: At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management or Brand Management, preferably within the consumer electronics, technology or FMCG industries.
[Specific Knowledge & Skills]: Strong knowledge of portfolio management, pricing strategies and product lifecycle management; experience in go-to-market strategies, product launches and market analysis; analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business performance, market trends and consumer insights; project management and planning capabilities; strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and regional teams.
