Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Associate within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL).  This role supports the WellsOne Commercial Card business and serves as an operational partner to internal teams managing a large portfolio of commercial card clients. Team members are responsible for researching and resolving email-based servicing requests, validating customer authorizations, navigating established procedures, and ensuring timely, accurate resolution of client inquiries.

This is a primarily internal-facing role that requires strong commercial card knowledge, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and support a portfolio of commercial card accounts and servicing requests
• Research and resolve customer inquiries in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls
• Review account-related requests, validate required documentation, and ensure compliance with authorization requirements
• Prioritize and manage a queue of requests while meeting service level expectations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and meet client needs
• Develop expertise in WellsOne Commercial Card products, servicing processes, and compliance requirements
• Exercise independent judgment when researching issues and recommending solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

• Commercial Card servicing experience, Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services experience, or related payment product support experience
• Experience with TSYS, CCAT, ServiceView, WellsOne Expense Manager or other commercial card servicing platforms
• Strong understanding of commercial card products, account maintenance, servicing processes, and customer authorization requirements
• Experience researching and resolving complex servicing inquiries while managing multiple requests and service level commitments
• Experience supporting customers through email-based servicing or case management environments
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Expectations

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, hybrid work schedule. Expectation of working hours/ scheduling needs may vary between teams, but generally need to be available to work during core business hour (7 am to 6 pm MT)
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
