Scope of Position
This organized and detail-oriented individual, as part of the Watts Works Training team, will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and content management support for training programs, customer engagement campaigns, participant incentive programs, and recognition initiatives. The Training Campaign Support Intern will support customer communications, campaign administration, digital asset management, reporting, fulfillment processes, and social media content development to help ensure the successful execution of training-related programs.
This position reports to the Training Campaign Manager. This role is hybrid and is based in N Andover, MA.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for the Learn & Earn program, including researching participant account issues, reward redemption questions, and missing Tokens or Tickets.
Monitor and maintain Training and Learn & Earn shared mailboxes, respond to routine inquiries using approved communications, and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
Process customer video testimonials by reviewing content, organizing files, applying established naming conventions, and documenting relevant information for future marketing use.
Review, evaluate, and categorize customer testimonials based on quality, content, featured products, target audiences, and potential business value.
Identify compelling customer stories, quotes, and testimonials for potential use in marketing, social media, training, and promotional communications.
Capture and organize still images from customer testimonials and training videos to build and maintain a searchable digital image library.
Maintain digital libraries for campaign graphics, videos, testimonials, communications, and supporting documentation, ensuring assets are properly organized and up to date.
Apply consistent metadata, naming conventions, and organizational standards to digital content and campaign assets.
Maintain campaign tracking tools and reports, including training completions, rewards, fulfillment status, deadlines, and participant activity.
Support training incentive fulfillment by verifying eligibility, preparing participant lists, coordinating required information, and tracking rewards through completion.
Assist with Learn & Win sweepstakes administration, including winner verification, communications, documentation, prize coordination, and fulfillment tracking.
Support Watts Works Elite recognition programs by maintaining participant records, preparing communications, and tracking reward distribution activities.
Update recurring leaderboard and program performance reports using established reporting templates.
Maintain centralized campaign calendars that track communications, training events, promotions, fulfillment activities, and key deadlines.
Assist in the development of TikTok and social media content promoting training programs, customer success stories, and engagement initiatives.
Participate in content planning, brainstorming, and campaign support activities.
Provide administrative and project support for training programs, marketing campaigns, and special initiatives.
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Training Campaign Manager or Company management.
Demonstrate integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, and transparency by maintaining accurate participant records, following approved communication processes, identifying opportunities to improve program administration, and clearly communicating campaign updates.
Required Qualifications
Current student (sophomore, junior or senior status).
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Education, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing digital content, social media platforms, or communications projects.
Familiarity with content organization, digital asset management, or marketing operations.
Experience working with video, image, or social media content.
Knowledge of TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other digital content platforms.
Interest in training, customer engagement, marketing communications, or loyalty programs.
Experience with reporting, data entry, or administrative support activities.

Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday). You may be required to attend training events, meetings, or other business activities in support of program execution.

Pay Range :
The expected hourly range for this position is $21- $23 hourly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
