You will have autonomy in executing system tasks within defined governance, escalating logic changes or policy exceptions to the Head of Training.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • External/Audit Interaction: Supports the Head of Training during interactions with internal/external auditors regarding system-level training compliance records.

Financial & Operational Impact

  • Indirect Financial Impact: Directly contribute to cost optimization by refining training logic and eliminating redundant training requirements, reducing lost production hours across the global workforce.

  • Team Structure: Individual contributor role with 0 direct reports, focusing on expertise leadership and operational excellence.
