Job Description
- Assist in the integration and uploading of existing valid SCM-related contracts into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
- Review existing contracts against the required information fields and ensure relevant information is accurately captured.
- Extract key contract information, including contract parties, contract dates, expiry dates, contract type, and other relevant details.
- Perform data entry and update contract information accurately in the CLM system.
- Assist in checking and verifying uploaded contract documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic contract records in accordance with the required filing structure.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and highlight the issues to the relevant person for clarification.
- Assist in tracking the status of contract integration and follow up on outstanding documents or information.
- Use available AI tools to support contract information extraction and administrative activities, where applicable.
- Perform other administrative and document-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / STPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or a related field is an advantage.
- Able to communicate and understand English.
- Able to understand basic contract-related information and terminology.
- Good attention to detail with strong accuracy in document checking and data entry.
- Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to perform repetitive document checking, data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks within the required timeline.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
