What would you do? • This Role involves deeper understanding of the Comp & Benefits and Performance management & Leveraging expertise to solve specific problems pertaining to Comp & Benefits . Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated • candidates with Compensation Benefits experience • Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Compensation Administration Process Design - P5 • Extensive and demonstrable experience of HR Processes especially Comp & Benefits and Performance management • Clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. • Business Process Implementation • Strong MS Office and Excel skills • English language proficiency: Strong written & verbal communication skills - grammar, right word choice, sentence structure, precise , relevant content, smooth thought flow • Working knowledge of Success Factors - Employee Life Cycle processes • New process transition • Experience in HRO set up for multi- country support • stakeholder engagement in outsourcing environment 6 - 7 years of industry experience • 4+ years of Comp & Benefits and Performance management experience • 1+ years of team handling experience • Experience of working on HCM system • Demonstrate high levels of confidentiality • Focus on high data accuracy and attention to detail • Good organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills to deliver to deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities: • Delivery & Client management: • Responsible for repeatable, predictable and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following: • Ensure adherence to designed process • Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI. • Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client. • Create & implement governance mechanism to monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance to defined process requirements. • Ensure service measures & outcomes are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement • Demonstrate strong customer service in all activities & lead by example • Raise relevant qualityor scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible. • Manage service issues & escalations via escalation process. • Work on robust internal quality controls to meet accuracy levels. • Work on defined complex cases and perform minimum quality checks to note health of the process • • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues • Actively participate in all process related business meeting in-person or virtually through conference calls and ensure action and documentation of issues and agreements. • team members basis Training Need analysis. • Develop subject matter experts within the team to provide optimized service delivery •
