As a TikTok Affiliate Manager, you will join a fast-growing digital beauty and hair care brand expanding its digital operations across Latin American markets. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creator and affiliate operations supporting TikTok Shop growth as a key digital commerce channel.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing creator engine through strategic recruitment, affiliate tiering, UGC agency management, and continuous content performance evaluation. Working hands-on in a performance-driven environment, you will bridge organic creator output with paid amplification, ensuring a consistent supply of high-converting creative assets.

Accountability

As a TikTok Affiliate Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to build and maintain a reliable creator content engine that drives TikTok Shop affiliate sales and supplies high-performing assets for paid advertising.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

TikTok Affiliate Recruitment & Management

• Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators aligned with target audience segments and product lines.
• Develop and maintain performance-based creator tiers to maximize commercial output and engagement.
• Drive affiliate activation, retention, and ongoing relationship management to ensure consistent content posting.
• Maintain a structured and predictable creator pipeline across multiple active campaigns.

UGC Agency Management & Scale

• Oversee external UGC agencies responsible for high-volume creator content production.
• Monitor delivery timelines, content volume, quality, and production costs to ensure agency accountability.
• Optimize agency workflows, provide actionable feedback, and coordinate necessary revisions or creative adjustments.

Creator Briefing & Creative Direction

• Develop clear, actionable weekly creator briefs communicating campaign objectives and key messaging.
• Guide creators on high-converting TikTok hooks, messaging structures, and winning content formats.
• Coach creators on execution while ensuring all output complies with brand guidelines and creative standards.

Creative Performance & Paid Amplification Support

• Review organic creator content to identify top-performing assets suitable for GMV Max campaigns.
• Evaluate winning hooks and repeatable creative patterns to inform future briefing strategies.
• Track the ad performance of selected organic content and improve overall content-to-ad win rates.

Affiliate Performance & Analytics

• Track key metrics including affiliate GMV, weekly posting volume, creator activation rates, and cost per content piece.
• Maintain creative performance records and prepare monthly agency scorecards with clear optimization insights.
• Maintain a continuous learning log of successful hooks and content formats to refine future creative direction.

AI-Assisted Creator Operations

• Utilize AI tools to streamline creator research, brief generation, and performance data organization.
• Leverage practical automation and AI workflows to improve operational speed, research depth, and reporting efficiency.

Colleagues

You will work directly with the TikTok Shop Director as your primary functional lead and collaborate closely with the VP of Digital and broader cross-functional digital teams across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

At Oceans, we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area, paired with broad curiosity and interests. As a TikTok Affiliate Manager, your vertical strength will be TikTok affiliate operations, creator management, and UGC agency oversight, while your horizontal capabilities should span creative direction, performance analytics, and social commerce operations.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience: Proven experience independently recruiting, tiering, activating, and retaining TikTok creator networks, alongside hands-on experience managing external UGC agencies for high-volume content production.
• Tools/Systems: Deep practical knowledge of TikTok Shop affiliate management tools, creator research/CRM platforms, UGC agency workflows, Google Sheets/Excel, and AI-assisted research tools. Working knowledge of GMV Max is preferred.
• Analytics/Process: Strong capability to track affiliate GMV, creator activation, video volume, content-to-ad win rates, and cost per content piece to prepare data-backed performance reports and agency scorecards.
• Mindset: Highly organized, commercially minded, and performance-driven, combining strong creative judgment regarding TikTok hooks with disciplined operational execution.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 3.5 weeks with us.
