As a Test Manager – AI Architect / Manager, you will lead the charge in advancing software and product innovation within our Testing and Quality Assurance domain. You will be at the forefront of client support, driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff and managing client accounts. You will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, confirming project success and maintaining standards. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver quality outcomes, while your business acumen will help identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and execution of testing strategies for AI-driven applications
- Managing teams in the implementation of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Overseeing automation testing processes to enhance software quality and reliability
- Collaborating with stakeholders to refine acceptance testing criteria and improve defect management
- Guiding teams in the application of quality assurance best practices and system architecture
- Utilizing analytical thinking to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues
- Promoting AI-human collaboration to optimize testing methodologies and outcomes
- Developing test case generation and management strategies to validate software performance
- Coaching team members in strategic questioning and problem diagnosis techniques
- Facilitating the integration of digital tooling and documentation testing to streamline processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
