Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that elevate the quality and predictability of software delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to customer relationship management systems.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable testing solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
