This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

The Temp Assistant will be responsible to support the Production Team with PO issuance, PO maintenance, delivery reports, sample orders under the guidance of Senior Manager/Director. They will closely monitor production from PO placement to receipt in the warehouse.

A Day in the Life:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issue all purchase orders, factory splits with accuracy and timeliness for on-time fulfillment.
• Continually review all bulk production deliveries to ensure on time execution.
• Manage all sample orders tracking ETAs and providing updates to the business.
• Review production variances with supervisor and merchandising for resolution.
• Manage production related MOQ surcharges.
• Report regularly on key business metrics.
• Manage rework when needed.
• Maintain and manage all purchase orders in SAP to ensure system accuracy at any given time.
• Work on other related projects as required by supervisor

To Land This Role:

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience.
• 0-2 years of prior experience in fashion product management, production, or project management preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple work streams in parallel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to use functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables; strong overall Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Experience with purchasing systems and PLM (a plus); SAP experience ideal.

COMPENSATION RANGE

The compensation range for this position is 26.00 USD - 34.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
