Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting business continuity through effective communication and coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience in managing and resolving incidents within complex IT environments.
- Strong understanding of system change management and implementation of Requests for Change.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Skilled in maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to support troubleshooting efforts.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
