Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will engage in creating and implementing Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be a key part of your role, as you work towards issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to enhance team efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to foster a collaborative team environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Strong understanding of desktop support processes and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with system configuration and deployment in a Windows environment. - Familiarity with incident management tools and ticketing systems. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
