This role is the direct connection between the technology strategy set at the network level and the day-to-day reality of an individual agency team. You'll work with agencies to understand the business problems they're actually facing, recommend the right technology or AI-driven solution for that specific problem, and make sure people actually know how to use it — through training, hands-on support, and ongoing enablement. This is not a one-size-fits-all rollout job; it's about meeting each agency where they are.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Partner with agency teams to identify recurring problems, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies in how they work
- Recommend and help implement the right technology or AI-driven solution for each problem, rather than pushing a single standard tool everywhere it doesn't fit
- Design and deliver training and enablement sessions so teams can use new tools confidently, not just once but on an ongoing basis
- Provide continued hands-on support after a tool launches — office hours, troubleshooting, refreshers — so adoption doesn't fade after the initial rollout
- Document what's working at one agency and help share it with others, so good solutions don't stay stuck in a single team
- Flag patterns and bigger platform needs back to the Director of Technology & Enablement
Growth path
This role is built to grow. A Technology Solutions Consultant who's built strong relationships across several agencies and is handling more complex, ambiguous problems independently moves to Senior Consultant. From there, a Principal Consultant takes on the most complex cross-agency initiatives, mentors newer consultants, and often becomes the natural next candidate for a future Director-level opening as the team expands.
Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Comfort working hands-on with a range of technology and AI tools — this role doesn't require deep engineering skills, but does require genuine curiosity and fluency
- Strong training and facilitation skills; able to explain a new tool clearly to a non-technical audience
- Some business analysis instinct — able to take a vague complaint (“this is taking forever”) and turn it into a workable solution
- Agency, marketing services, or client-services experience is a strong plus
- Patience and people skills — this role succeeds through relationships and repetition, not through a single big launch
