主要工作职责 (Main Responsibilities)

1.    负责华侨银行中国所有网点间及和总行之间通讯网络的设计、实施、运维和项目支持；

2.    负责日常的网络管理 ，包括路由器、防火墙、交换机，IPS等网络设备；确保系统设置和配置符合银行政策和法规要求；确保用户正常使用相关业务系统和办公系统；

3.    负责语音和视频系统管理，包括电话交换系统和视频会议系统；确保用户正常使用；

4.    对网络相关的系统问题按照相关流程进行及时处理以确保业务顺利进行同时满足监管和内部政策要求；

5.    制定和维护网络相关的灾难恢复计划，参与全行范围的信息系统灾难恢复演练，以确保相关恢复计划的有效性；

6.    配合操作风险管理部组织定期的应急演练，提供相关的网络支持；

7.    负责网络相关的供应商评估和管理；

任职资格 (Incumbent’s Requirements)

学历及专业资格要求：

大学本科及以上学历，信息科技相关专业；

知识与技能要求：

• 精通华为及思科网络路由交换产品；
• 精通主流的防火墙产品如Fortinet,Paloalto等;
• 熟悉语音系统工作原理；
• 熟悉F5；
• 熟悉信息科技日常运维和项目管理相关知识；
• 良好的英语读写能力；

相关工作经验要求：

3年以上网络管理经验

职位所需的特殊要求：

熟悉并能严格执行和遵守信息安全标准、方针和政策；

熟悉ITIL服务管理框架；

其它：

有较强责任心和进取心；
