  • Serve as the relationship owner for key technology vendors, leading strategic engagements, governance forums and executive-level discussions to align vendor delivery with business and technology priorities.
  • Oversee vendor performance against contractual obligations, service levels, deliverables, resource commitments and agreed commercial terms, including the definition of performance metrics, SLA measures and reporting requirements.
  • Work with vendors to establish regular performance reporting, service review cadences and management dashboards to track SLA achievement, delivery quality, risks, issues and remediation actions.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure vendor engagements are commercially sound, compliant with internal policies, and aligned to technology delivery priorities.
  • Maintain oversight of vendor spend, contract utilisation, resource deployment and service outcomes to identify optimisation opportunities, strengthen governance discipline and support management decision-making.

  • Develop and refine the Cost-to-Business framework by mapping applications to business functions, validating ownership and usage, applying agreed cost allocation methods, and producing insights that improve technology cost transparency and management decision-making.
  • Provide advisory and operational support to PACS in managing Group Technology-related requests pertaining to the technology budget and spend management domain, including but not limited to data gathering, analysis, reconciliation, response preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
