Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves actively engaging with technology professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they remain competitive in the evolving technology landscape. This role includes delivering comprehensive training sessions that cover foundational technology concepts, professional growth, and industry trends. The Technology Educator also collaborates on developing educational materials and assessment tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of learning programs. Interaction with learners and stakeholders is frequent, fostering an environment of growth and adaptability within the technology talent community.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote continuous learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storytelling.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technology concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to design engaging and interactive training content tailored to various learning styles.
- Experience in developing assessment tools and certification questions to measure learning outcomes.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Skilled in using digital platforms and tools to deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Storytelling.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
