Work you'll do:
As a Consultant at SimplifyNext, you’ll play a key role in delivering automation-led digital transformation. You’ll work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions using leading technologies in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and analytics.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—and guide junior team members along the way. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Designing and developing automations using platforms such as ServiceNow, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Outsystems, or similar
- Integrating AI capabilities like computer vision or natural language processing where relevant
- Leading workstreams and supporting project management activities
- Conducting testing, user training, and supporting rollout activities
- Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions, ensuring long-term value for the client
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical know-how
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 2–3 years of experience in a consulting or technology environment
- Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or similar object-oriented languages
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A logical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading a small project or a workstream is an advantage
