Summary:
As a Technical Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement architectural frameworks is a key part of daily activities, ensuring robust and adaptable technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to translate requirements into effective architectural solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow (Automation, ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, AIOPS, Integrations)
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and platform capabilities within ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
