Deine Aufgaben:

• Durchführung von Montagen, Wartungen und Reparaturen an Sanitärprodukten (Armaturen, Duschsysteme, Spülsysteme, WC-Anlagen etc.)
• Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung vor Ort beim Kunden
• Kundenberatung zu Bedienung, Pflege und Instandhaltung unserer Produkte
• Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK), Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst oder technischen Außendienst von Vorteil
• Technisches Verständnis, Serviceorientierung sowie ein freundliches Auftreten
• Führerschein Klasse B
