As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll work hands-on in a cleanroom environment to build and test our multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment that’s behind the technology we use every day. You'll be responsible for building, repairing, and testing various types of equipment--including electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components. You will perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs-- and perform audits to ensure necessary parts are available and inspected for defects. Using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps you'll test assemblies, complete documentation, perform repairs, or install software to continuously improve our processes.

In unserer Tochtergesellschaft, ICT GmbH in München, entwickeln und produzieren wir elektronenmikroskopische Säulen, das Herzstück unserer Maschinen, die Defekte auf Halbleitern kontrollieren. 

Für die stark wachsende Produktion unserer komplexen High-End-Elektronen-Mikroskope suchen wir derzeit regelmäßig Fertigungstechniker (m/d/w) damit unsere Kunden in aller Welt die leistungsstärksten Computerchips der Welt auf den Markt bringen können.

Die Position ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet

Techniker (m/d/w): Fertigungstechniker, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Feinwerkmechaniker

Das erwarten Sie bei uns:

• hochpräzise Montagen von Serien- und Entwicklungsbaugruppen

• arbeiten unter high-tech Bedingungen im Reinraum

• computergestütze Dokumentation von Prozessen und Aufbauten

• Mitarbeit in Bau , Entwicklung und Betrieb von Testständen für Prototypen und Serienprodukten

• enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung bei der Dokumentation von neuen Baugruppen

• Qualitätskontrolle von Modulen

• Erstellen von Qualitätsabweichungsberichten

• Elektrische Prüfarbeiten an Rasterelektronenmikroskopen

Was bringen Sie idealerweise mit:

• Ausbildung zum Mechaniker/Mechatroniker, Feinmechaniker oder zum Techniker oder eine passende Qualifizierung

• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung

• Erfahrung mit Vakuumkomponenten sind von Vorteil

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen

• Diagnostische Fähigkeit zur Problemlösung

• Teamorientiert und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsdenken

• Fähigkeit zur Fehleranalyse

• Selbstständiges Arbeiten

• Verstehen von technischer Dokumentation, Änderungswesen, Arbeiten nach Prozeduren, Umgang mit empfindlichen Materialien

• Englisch in Wort und Schrift

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
