What You’ll Be Part Of

You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility systems at the Dandong site. This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining facility infrastructure, driving preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, and EHS teams to support daily business needs and facility development projects.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance (PM), and TPM activities for facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, utility, and facility-related issues to ensure stable operation.
• Monitor facility performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, safety, and energy efficiency.
• Support facility-related projects, including equipment installation, utility modification, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Train and guide operators on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and other functions to provide timely facility support and services.
• Ensure compliance with company EHS standards, government regulations, and facility operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, energy saving, and operational efficiency improvement.

What Makes You A Strong Fit

• Associate Degree (College Diploma) or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Facility Management, or other related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, utility, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, and fire protection systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment and systems.
• Familiarity with facility safety standards, environmental requirements, and government regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience with facility project implementation and contractor management.
• Knowledge of energy management and utility optimization.
• Familiarity with Lean, TPM, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Government-required certifications related to electrical operation, special equipment, or facility
• Automotive manufacturing industry experience.

• Due to the nature of global infrastructure, flexibility in working hours may occasionally be required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• This position is based in Dandong and requires on-site support.
• This position does not have direct reports.
