Support technology projects from planning through implementation.
Work directly with employees to provide one-on-one technical assistance and training.
Document issues, solutions, and project updates through established IT service management processes.
Collaborate with networking, cybersecurity, telecommunications, infrastructure, and application support teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Assist with testing and evaluating new hardware, software, and technology solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve technology performance and recommend equipment upgrades when appropriate.
Serve as a hands-on technology resource during implementations, transitions, and system rollouts.
Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure critical technology support is available when needed.

What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new systems, and helping others succeed.

Successful candidates will have:
Experience supporting desktop, laptop, and mobile device environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be especially successful in this role if you:
Enjoy helping people and providing outstanding support.
Stay calm and resourceful when solving complex technical issues.
Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution.
Are curious about emerging technologies and eager to continue learning.
Thrive in environments where no two days are exactly the same.

Why You'll Love Working Here:
At Roswell Park, technology is essential to supporting our mission of eliminating cancer's grip on humanity through patient care, research, prevention, and education.

When you join our team, you'll enjoy:
Meaningful work that directly supports clinicians, researchers, and patients.
Exposure to a wide range of technologies in a complex healthcare and research environment.
Opportunities to work on impactful technology projects and initiatives.
Collaboration with skilled professionals across multiple IT disciplines.
Ongoing learning, professional development, and career growth opportunities.
A supportive culture that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
The opportunity to contribute to an organization that is making a difference in the fight against cancer.

Make Technology Matter:
