Title: Technical Support Agent L1

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Model of work: onsite

Working hours: Monday - Friday; shifts rotation

What You'll Do:

• Support project activities and work closely with project teams to help ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to provide effective technical support and maintain strong working relationships.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues using available knowledge bases, procedures, and support tools.
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests from start to finish, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the resolution process.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams when required and follow them through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, progress updates, and resolutions within company tracking systems.
• Provide support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, delivering professional and timely assistance to customers and field engineers.
• Use remote access tools to troubleshoot equipment, apply configurations, and verify successful resolution with customers.
• Monitor customer environments, respond to events and alerts, and proactively address issues where possible.
• Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive support and a commitment to service excellence.
