­­­­­­­­­­­­­Core Responsibilities:

• Lead product quality investigations with structured problem-solving and report results.
• Quickly response to customer needs, help customer to solve the technical issues with professional troubleshooting skills.
• Focus on e-coat process, new E-coat line launch, trial reports and line survey for key customer and projects.
• Help the customers to finish the PPAP tests and run the e-coat system successfully.
• Lead regular training or workshop to enable customers to finish the routine tests, e-coat bath parameters and PT parameters.
• Develop critical relationships with customer process, engineering and manufacturing team members within the assigned customer base to support overall growth plan.

Key Job Requirements:        

• At least five years’ experience in  E-coat technical service.
• Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other technical field.
• Familiar with E-coat application equipment’s, Process and E-coat product. Formulation will be plus.
• Strong E-coat trouble shooting skills, problem-solving and analytical skills with data-based decision-making capability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and establish strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership.
• Ability to collaborate and build teamwork is essential.
