Mission

Provide technical service and application support to Food & General Line customers across Iberia and EMEA. Partner with customers to optimize lacquer application, can manufacturing and can transformation processes, support product trials and validations, and resolve technical challenges. Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, you will drive product performance, customer satisfaction and long-term business growth through extensive on-site engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical service and application support to Food & General Line customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to support production, trials, and product implementation.
• Support lacquer application process optimization and coating performance improvement.
• Troubleshoot coating, manufacturing, and can transformation issues.
• Lead product validation, qualification, and technical assessment activities.
• Build strong relationships with customer Quality, Technical, and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to address customer needs.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and product performance.
• Support business growth through outstanding technical partnership and customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience in Technical Service, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, or Application Support.
• Knowledge of coatings, lacquers, industrial paints, or related technologies.
• Understanding of coating application processes and performance evaluation.
• Experience within metal packaging, food can manufacturing, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English communication skills.
• Availability to travel extensively (up to 75-80%) across Iberia and customer locations.
