Where You’ll Work 

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

What You'll Deliver

• Lead strategic R&D projects and integrations from inception through completion
• Build and manage integrated project plans that align teams around clear ownership and timelines
• Own program management for active R&D integrations — planning, tracking, reporting, and facilitation
• Drive progress on our RCDOs (OKRs), ensuring data quality, visibility, and risk awareness across leadership
• Identify and manage critical dependencies before they threaten delivery
• Proactively manage risk, escalating issues to leadership when needed
• Continuously assess project health and adjust plans to keep objectives on track
• Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives across cross-functional teams

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years of project/program management experience in a technology environment
• Experience supporting integration projects
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, etc.)
• Experience leading technical projects in infrastructure, agile software development, or product development
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills across stakeholder levels
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Nice to Haves:

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
• High attention to detail with strong facilitation and organizational skills
• A genuine curiosity and drive to keep learning
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and an eagerness to adopt new technology

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $135,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
