Senior technology product owner (15+ years) with strong understanding of technology platforms and enterprise delivery within NatWest, responsible for translating Business intent into a prioritised, delivery‑ready backlog. Core responsibilities and skills:

• Owns the technology product backlog for ECDF, ensuring alignment to People Business outcomes, HR policy, and Digital X principles.
• Deep familiarity with NWG internal ecosystem including Workday (HCM/Talent), corporate SSO (Active Directory, PingFederate), security policies, and CTO / CDIO design governance.
• Experience operating within NWG assurance processes: DPIA/GDPR, records management, security risk assessment, change freeze calendars, and design board submissions.
• Acts as the on‑shore bridge between UK stakeholders (People Business, PeopleTech, Digital X, Architecture, Security) and the India‑based build teams.
• Able to make in‑flight prioritisation decisions balancing experience, risk, governance, and delivery pace.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable operating with senior HR leaders, architects, and engineering teams.
• Cloud‑native mindset with hands‑on understanding of AWS‑based application architectures, APIs, and integration patterns in a regulated environment.
• Experience working in agile product teams, partnering closely with Scrum Master and Solution Architect to manage scope, dependencies, and delivery sequencing.
• Prior experience delivering enterprise platforms or organisation‑wide tooling is strongly preferred.
