The Position

We're seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive adoption and growth across OPSWAT's product portfolio, protecting the systems the world depends on. You'll bring a strong grasp of the cybersecurity landscape and a track record of accelerating product adoption and a builder's mindset for applying AI and agentic AI to make our products smarter and our own workflows faster. You'll work at the intersection of system architecture, security, and enterprise integration, collaborating with senior stakeholders across Vietnam and the U.S.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for your assigned OPSWAT products, aligning it with customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals.
• Drive customer adoption and engagement, optimizing the end-to-end experience to reduce friction and increase value for enterprise users.
• Identify where AI and agentic AI can strengthen the product, automating workflows, surfacing insights, and enabling new capabilities and translate these into concrete roadmap items.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to shape product direction and differentiate our offering.
• Define product positioning and messaging, partnering with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and enablement tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and QA to deliver secure, scalable, high-impact enhancements.
• Use customer feedback and usage data to identify growth opportunities, guide decisions, and track key metrics for product success.
• Be the voice of the customer, ensuring enterprise-grade security, compliance, and usability drive product decisions and represent the product in strategic customer conversations, analyst briefings, and industry events.

What We Need From You

• Sales-Oriented Mindset: You have proven experience supporting sales teams and helping close complex deals. 
• Enterprise & Public Sector Experience: You are comfortable and effective when working with large companies and government clients. 
• Clear, Versatile Communication: You can easily explain technical concepts to business leaders and business needs to technical teams. 
• Compelling Content Creation: You are skilled at creating persuasive materials for various audiences, from executive summaries to customer-facing guides. 
• Strategic Partnership Development: You have a track record of building successful partnerships (e.g., Channel, OEM) to expand market reach. 
• Core Product Management Skills: You have a solid foundation with 5+ years of direct experience in a product management role. 
• Cybersecurity Industry Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of the B2B cybersecurity market and its challenges.
