We are seeking a talented individual to join our Technical Product Management team at Marsh Health & Benefits. This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking a Technical Product Director to support the Marsh Health & Benefits (MHB) Technology Portfolio. You will lead a team of Technical Product Managers responsible for the budgeting, planning, development and implementation of technology solutions that meet the needs of our Employee Benefits business. You will partner with business product owners to define the strategic vision and roadmap for the portfolio.

You will work closely with senior business users and stakeholders (including C‑Suite roles in the MHB business), and global technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and efficient solutions.

We will count on you to:

• Own delivery of an MHB portfolio spanning global broking, analytics, portals and mobile application products, including multi-country rollouts and post-production support.
• Partner with business product owners to define roadmaps and prioritize technology developments that address obsolescence, quality, deployment agility and cyber risk.
• Oversee initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Provide strong stakeholder management with the gravitas to help drive the strategic technology direction of the MHB business.
• Manage and develop a team of Technical Product Managers who own products within the portfolio.
• Leverage experience supporting direct-to-consumer and employee-facing apps to address operational challenges, optimize processes, and design robust support models.
• Support large-scale projects, including migration planning and phased integration into MHB’s target operating model (TOM).
• Review technical debt and obsolescence, and help manage technology infrastructure aligned to zero trust architecture and secure software development.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent industry experience / expertise.
• Significant experience in senior Technical Product Management roles within software product companies (enterprise and/or consumer).
• Experience in the insurance and/or health broking space, or a strong track record in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead complex delivery across both vendor and in-house built technology solutions.
• Strong business analysis, project management, technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and drive execution across globally distributed, highly matrixed teams.
• Strong Agile software development knowledge, including relevant tools and practices.
