We are seeking a technical intern to support on-site equipment commissioning and training, working alongside Korean-speaking trainers and English-speaking technical staff. This is an on-site internship position based in Arlington, Texas, ideal for STEM or engineering students who are also fluent in Korean and want hands-on experience on a commissioning team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the commissioning team during on-site technical training sessions on equipment operations
Facilitate communication between Korean-speaking trainers and English-speaking technical staff, including real-time translation as needed
Participate in weekly meetings and provide language support as scheduled
Translate technical documentation and training materials as needed
Ensure accurate conveyance of technical terminology and complex concepts
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary technical information

Primary engagement: October 5, 2026 – Mid-November 2026
Potential extension: Through end of 2026 and beyond (pending performance and needs)
Hours: Flexible hours on Monday – Friday
Specific hours to be determined based on training schedule
Potential availability for weekly evening meetings may be needed
Required:
Background in engineering, STEM fields, or a technical discipline
Fluent bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (both written and spoken)
Ability to work on-site in Arlington, Texas
Professional communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
Strong technical vocabulary in English (engineering, equipment operation, facilities, etc.)
Familiarity with basic knowledge on equipment commissioning and operations
