Technical Customer Service (TCS) – Job Description

The Technical Customer Service (TCS) role serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance service operations within Integra Japan
Service & Repair. This position is responsible for handling service requests, coordinating repair activities, and ensuring accurate
administrative processing to support efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first-line contact for repair and maintenance requests from customers and distributors
• Register service requests and maintain accurate records in internal systems (e.g., Oracle, MS Access)
• Respond to inquiries from customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders; escalate technical issues to engineers as needed
• Process administrative tasks including quotation issuance, invoicing, and documentation handling
• Prepare and send quotations created by engineers to distributors and sales teams, ensuring timely communication
• Execute billing processes based on engineers’ service reports
• Update and manage repair status in the service progress tracking system
• Coordinate repair requests with overseas service centers (Integra global sites)
• Manage repair requests and invoicing with domestic repair vendors
• Perform data analysis on repair activities and service performance
• Create and update documentation related to TCS operations
• Manage procurement of consumables used within Service & Repair
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
• Comfortable working in an international environment with email-based communication in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/database systems (e.g., Oracle, MS Access) preferred
• Korean language skills are a plus
